KOACKL Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Service Overview

All goods on koackl.store are delivered directly from local Amazon FBA warehouses. Delivery and after-sales services are only available for the United States, Canada and Australia. No logistics or delivery services are provided for other countries and regions.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped by Amazon warehouses within 1-3 working days after payment, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Processing time may extend to 3-5 working days during promotional periods.

Tracking numbers will be manually sent to your registered email within 24 hours after shipment.

3. Delivery Duration

  • United States: 3-7 working days
  • Canada: 3-7 working days
  • Australia: 3-7 working days
The above are estimated delivery times, excluding delays caused by customs clearance and force majeure.

4. Shipping Fee Rules

Free shipping applies to all products across the site with no minimum spending requirement. All delivery fees are covered by KOACKL.

5. Duties and Taxes

All tariffs, value-added taxes and other customs fees arising from international transportation and destination clearance shall be borne by the recipient.

Buyers shall be liable for all losses if parcels are returned or discarded due to unpaid duties or failed customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking

Real-time logistics information can be checked via Amazon logistics system or tracking links in your email. Final local delivery is handled by authorized Amazon courier partners.

7. Logistics Issue Handling

  1. Lost Package: Replacement or refund will be offered upon confirmation if no valid logistics updates are available for over 15 days after shipment.
  2. Damaged Items: Submit your order number, outer package photos and damaged product images or videos within 24 hours upon receipt. We will handle claims in line with Amazon after-sales regulations.
  3. Delivery Delay: The store assumes no liability for delays caused by bad weather, holidays, order surges, carrier adjustments and other force majeure factors.

8. Address Modification & Order Cancellation

  • Free address changes and order cancellation are permitted before shipment.
  • No revision, interception or cancellation is allowed after goods are dispatched.

9. Delivery Restrictions for Other Regions

Delivery services are unavailable for the European Union, the United Kingdom and other unspecified areas.

Due to special product features, direct small parcel delivery from China to Europe is not feasible. We do not accept orders, after-sales or logistics requests from these regions.

10. Return Shipping

Returns are only accepted in the US, Canada and Australia. Contact customer service to submit a return request in advance. Approved return addresses and shipping labels of Amazon warehouses will be provided after review.

  • Buyers bear shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons.
