1. Shipping Area & Fulfillment


We only ship to the United States (US), Canada (CA), and Australia (AU).

All orders are fulfilled directly from local Amazon warehouses.

We do not ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, or any other regions outside the US, CA, and AU.

2. Order Processing Time


Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During high-volume sales periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Within 24 hours after your order ships, our team will manually send your tracking number to your registered email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

  • United States (US): 3–7 business days
  • Canada (CA): 3–7 business days
  • Australia (AU): 3–7 business days

4. Shipping Fees


We provide FREE shipping for all products across all categories, with no minimum purchase required.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes


Any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not prepay, cover, or reimburse these charges.

6. Order Tracking


Once you receive your tracking number via email, you may track your package on the official logistics website of the carrier or Amazon’s delivery system.

7. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Shipments


  • Lost packages: If no tracking updates for more than 15 business days, we will resend the item or issue a full refund after verification.
  • Damaged items: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and damaged product, plus your order number.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier scheduling, holidays, or Amazon warehouse capacity.

8. Address Changes & Order Cancellations


You may modify your shipping address or cancel your order only before the order has been shipped.

Once shipped, no address changes, order intercepts, or cancellations are allowed.

9. Return Shipping


Returns are only accepted for orders delivered to the US, CA, and AU.

To start a return, contact us at koacklglobal@gmail.com to obtain a return label and the corresponding Amazon return warehouse address.

  • Returns due to quality defects: return shipping costs are covered by KOACKL.
  • Returns for personal reasons: return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

10. Regional Restrictions


Due to product specifications and international shipping limitations, we do not offer shipping to Europe or other regions outside the US, CA, and AU. We do not accept orders or provide support for any unsupported regions.
