KOACKL provides fast, tracked, and free shipping for all orders within supported regions.

1. Shipping Coverage

KOACKL currently ships only to the following regions:

  • United States (US)
  • Canada (CA)
  • Australia (AU)

We do not ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, or any other unsupported regions.

All orders are fulfilled directly through Amazon FBA / MCF warehouse logistics systems.

2. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing

1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)

Peak Season

3–5 business days

Tracking Update

Within 24 hours after shipment

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Australia: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistics conditions.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products with no minimum order requirement.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

KOACKL does not prepay or reimburse any international import charges.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment using the carrier’s official tracking system or Amazon logistics platform.

7. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Shipments

Lost Packages

If no tracking update is available for more than 15 business days, we will resend the item or issue a refund after verification.

Damaged Items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos and order details.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or carrier capacity.

8. Address Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, we cannot modify addresses or cancel orders.

9. Returns Shipping Policy

Returns are only accepted for orders delivered within US, CA, and AU.

  • Quality issues: return shipping covered by KOACKL
  • Personal reasons: return shipping paid by customer

10. Regional Restrictions

Due to logistics and product regulations, KOACKL does not ship or provide services to:

  • European Union (EU)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • Other non-supported regions

Orders placed from unsupported regions may be automatically cancelled.
